OVERVIEW
The FA’s core mission is to make the Football ‘For All’. In order to protect the future of the game, it’s important to ensure children can enjoy football, and that it is practiced in a safe, fun and inclusive environment that they can thrive in. The task was to design, create and distribute a free handbook for youth coaches that championed the values of RESPECT and positivity.
LET’S DO POSITIVE
The handbook aimed to engage parents and coaches to re-evaluate the norms of behaviour in youth football. We encouraged positivity rather than discouraging poor behaviour.
