The Cyber Menace
OVERVIEW
90% of children aged 11 have a mobile device and parents aren’t equipped to protect them, with over half admitting they wouldn’t survive the online world if they were a child today. The task was to work with EE, and help educate parents about the risks of the digital world and how to keep their kids safe online – with a little help from thw master of mischief, Dennis the Menace. This award winning campaign (The Drum Best Campaign 2023) helped educate over 4 million parents, with 82% of them having claiming to have a better understanding of the issue.
A KNOWN MENACE
Working with the Beano, we created a bespoke set of comic strips which showed what happened when Dennis the Menace and his cousin Minnie got their first smart phones – from catfishing to accidentally broadcasting their location.
